About the Role
As a National Business Systems Improvement manager, you will:
- Lead Ausreo’s National Business Systems Improvement strategy, driving efficiency, process improvement, and business performance.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across business processes and supporting technology.
- Lead and manage business systems and process improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver technology and process solutions aligned to strategic business goals and KPIs.
- Monitor performance, benefits realisation, compliance, and reporting outcomes.
- Provide clear progress updates and insights to Senior Management. This will include strategy, plans and budgets.
- Support change management, adoption, and capability uplift across the business.
- Analyse and monitor the effectiveness of the Business System Improvement plans and processes to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
About you
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT or business systems leadership role, with a tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in process improvement, continuous improvement frameworks, and technology-enabled change.
- Highly analytical with strong project, risk, and stakeholder management skills, able to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Customer focused, proactive, and accountable, with a track record of delivering outcomes from concept through to implementation.
- Confident communicator and influencer, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
