We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planner/ Logistics Officer to join our team at Wacol, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
To be successful, the ideal candidate must have:
• Technical knowledge and skills in manufacturing control and management
• Capable of competently liaising with internal staff in professional and pleasant manner
• Work in a team environment that fosters getting the job done
• Ability to multi task people, events, systems and deadlines
• High degree of quality awareness
• Possess practical knowledge of products and services within the reinforcing steel industry
• Have good working knowledge of load restraint
• Excellent computing skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
